All three can be achieved with yoga
On the occasion of 8th International Yoga Day, under the joint aegis of NCC and SSB, efforts were made to make the citizens aware of yoga and health through yoga practice in the famous Orion Mall of the city. Simultaneously, the SSB jawans encouraged the morale of the people doing a live band in Orion Mall, this program was done in the presence of SSB’s D.I.G Shri Rajnish Lamba!
On this occasion, Group Commander of NCC, Brigadier Deependra Rawat, Colonel Rajesh Chandrel, Orion Mall Director Suneet Tekriwal & Director Amit Tekriwal together made people aware of yoga and health through yoga exercises.
